How to cook?
  • Soak barnyard millet for 30-45 minutes, rinse and drain.
  • In a pot, sauté bay leaves, cloves, and cinnamon in ghee. Add onion and cook till soft.
  • Add green chili, ginger-garlic, and tomato. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add spices, then veggies and salt. Mix well.
  • Add millet and stir for 30 seconds. Add water, mint, and coriander leaves.
  • Close the lid, pressure cook for 6 minutes, then release pressure naturally.
