Ingredients Required

  • 1 cup red rice poha from Asmita Organic Farms
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized capsicum, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • Chopped coriander for garnish
  • Lettuce leaves for wrapping

Steps to prepare Red Poha Wrap

1. Rinse Red Poha

Start by rinsing 1 cup of Asmita Organic Farms’ Red Poha under running water using a strainer. Rinse it 2-3 times until the water runs clear. Allow it to drain thoroughly.
