Ingredients Required

  • 1 cup AsmitA Organic Frams’ Ragi Flour
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup water
  • Butter (for cooking pancakes)

For Jaggery Syrup:

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup AsmitA Organic Farms’ Jaggery Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Steps to prepare Ragi Pancakes
