Ingredients Required

  1. 1 cup AsmitA Organic Farms’ foxtail millet
  2. 1/4 cup rice flour
  3. 1/2 cup coconut, grated
  4. 1 cup buttermilk
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for greasing

Steps to prepare Foxtail Millet Appam

1. Soaking and Prepping
